1. Service status and availability

BharatOS is a Windows desktop assistant currently in testing. The project records version 2.0.20 as an unsigned local test candidate, not a public release; version 2.0.15 is the latest published release recorded in the project notes. Features, compatibility and connected services may be incomplete, unavailable or changed. Do not rely on a test build for critical work or as the sole copy of important information.

Google OAuth is in Testing. WhatsApp Business and Instagram Professional cloud messaging are not deployed or approved and are not currently live BharatOS services. No feature, provider connection or app-review approval is promised by these draft Terms.

2. Accounts and third-party services

You are responsible for protecting your account and using only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Google sign-in is separate from optional Gmail, Calendar and Drive connections. If you connect a third-party service, its terms, permissions, eligibility rules and privacy practices apply in addition to these Terms. BharatOS does not control third-party services.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain whatever rights you have in information you submit or create. You authorize BharatOS to process it only as needed to provide the features you choose, as described in the final Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not entitled to use or share. Free-text content may include sensitive information; the app does not promise to detect or remove every secret or copied third-party datum.

Optional cloud app-data sync is a separate choice. Pausing it does not delete the stored cloud snapshot; deletion is a separate action. Review the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page for the final data-handling details.

4. Actions and your review

Some connected actions can affect your third-party accounts. In the documented Google flows, a Gmail send and creation of a Calendar event require a separate approval for the specific action. Creating a Gmail draft does not itself send that message. Review the content, recipient, account and action before approving. Do not assume every feature or future integration uses the same confirmation flow.

5. Acceptable use

Use BharatOS lawfully and do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account or data, or use the app to violate the rights or terms of a third party. 6. Changes, suspension and termination

We may need to change, suspend or discontinue features, including where a provider changes its API or permissions. 7. Warranties and liability

BharatOS is a testing product and may be unavailable or contain errors. The final wording on warranties, liability limits, consumer rights and remedies depends on the applicable law and must be drafted or approved by counsel. 8. Governing law and disputes
